Cindy Bishop Ministries

Cindy Bishop Ministries is a 501-C3 faith-based non-profit (with a Church designation) corporation. We provide two men’s facilities that house men who are homeless and those displaced through life’s circumstances. This includes men who, through various circumstances, find themselves without jobs, transportation, food or shelter. Our primary mission is not to provide a place for men to stay; but programs that are Christian Based to help them have a productive life with Christ based skill sets. The men in our homes range in ages from 18 years old to 65.

Cindy Bishop Ministries has been serving the needs of homeless men for over nineteen years. We have been in operation for over nine years at the Refuge location.

Service Times are Sunday 10:45 am and Wednesday 6:45 pm.

Here at Shepherd’s Heart Church, we are a Spirit-Filled, Non-Denominational body of believers.
